John brings a passion for seniors and a wealth of health-related experience to THRIVE Boutique Senior Living! From a young age, John’s "old soul" personality resonated with older generations as he enjoyed childhood weekends interacting with and learning from his grandparents. John received his Bachelor of Science in Physiology & Neuroscience from the University of California, San Diego and further expanded his healthcare education at San Diego State University by earning a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Master of Business Administration in Health Services Administration & Finance. John has spent 25 years as a management consultant helping Fortune 500 companies improve business operations in healthcare, biotechnology, financial services, mortgage banking and insurance industries. He is also a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) Administrator in the State of California and his life-long affinity for helping care for seniors has become a reality with the creation of THRIVE Boutique Senior Living. John has been married to his high school sweetheart for 25 years and they have two college-age children.
