We are a 6-bed licensed residential care home, also known as a board & care or residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE), that is setting a new standard for small-scale senior living in Southern California. We are elevating the resident experience through personalized high-quality care, concierge services, comfort amenities, and customized cuisine, just to name a few!

We offer 5,000 square feet of small-scale ("boutique") luxury living featuring contemporary, coastal farmhouse indoor design and refreshing, outdoor grassy courtyard space for lounging, al fresco dining and socializing, outdoor activities & games, gardening, and the list goes on and on! 

Our luxury, boutique living experience distinguishes us from "big box" facilities that may feel impersonal and institutional. Our care team members are "at your service" and dedicated to your personalized care wants and needs, and won't keep you waiting. Our distinctive approach blends luxury and personalized care. Our boutique setting ensures individualized attention and a home-like environment, while our range of services caters to changing care needs and the convenience of aging in place in one location. 

We are conveniently located in the coastal community of Redondo Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood minutes from Manhattan Beach pier, high-end shopping, 15 minutes from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), 45 minutes from John Wayne Airport (Orange County) & near major health services (Torrance Memorial, Little Company of Mary, Cedars Sinai). The closest major intersection is Manhattan Beach and Aviation Boulevards and we're easily accessible from the 405 freeway, metro and public transportation.

We provide 24/7 care and supervision for our residents, including awake staff during nighttime hours. Throughout the day, our boutique environment maintains a high caregiver-to-resident ratio of 1:3, guaranteeing individualized care and attention that caters to the specific needs of each resident.  

We offer a comprehensive range of care services tailored to the specific needs of our residents and their families. We are licensed in the State of California as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) to offer personalized care services in assisted living, memory care, respite care / short-term stay and hospice care.

At the core of our premium senior living philosophy is a commitment to personalized care. We place great emphasis on collaborating closely with our residents and their families to develop and implement tailored care plans. These individualized care strategies are thoughtfully crafted with the insights and recommendations of physicians, nurses, home health agencies, and other medical experts. Prior to moving in, annually, and in response to any changes in health condition, we customize care plans to each resident's unique needs, preferences, and medical necessities, fostering an environment that is both comforting and supportive. 

We offer six private, fully furnished coastal-inspired suites and bedrooms complete with ensuite spa-style bathrooms or semi-private bathrooms. Every suite or bedroom features a twin or full bed, nightstand, lamp, lounge chair, hanging mirror, artwork, customizable closet system and wall-mounted smart TV. Residents may bring their own furnishings for their private bedroom.

Ensuring the safety and security of our residential care home and its surroundings is our top priority. We have implemented rigorous safety protocols, emergency disaster planning, and robust security features to guarantee the well-being and peace of mind for our residents and their families. 

All doors and windows are equipped with audible signals to promptly notify our care team of any entries or exits, including potential instances of wandering, elopement, or unexpected departures. In addition, our community is secured with interior and exterior surveillance cameras in common areas, enabling our care team to continuously monitor and receive notifications about the safety and well-being of our residents around the clock. We also provide 24/7 care & supervision for our residents with awake staff throughout the night.

As part of our included Concierge Services, we are delighted to coordinate transportation for residents' medical appointments or personal errands within a 10-mile radius of our residential care home. In order to uphold our commitment to maintaining a high caregiver-to-resident ratio within our community, we kindly suggest that family members or friends accompany residents when they need to leave our residential care home, as our caregivers are unable to accompany residents outside of our community. 

We offer an all-inclusive monthly care price based on an initial care needs and physician's assessment, helping residents and families budget for their premium senior living experience. The monthly care price covers all personalized care services, including 24/7 care & supervision, dedicated 1:3 caregiver-to-resident ratio, concierge services, luxury accommodations & amenities, comfort & chef-prepared meals, activities and more! 

We love our pets, but unfortunately we aren't accepting any resident pets at this time. We plan to invite "furry friends" to vist from time to time so we can all enjoy their unconditional love and attention.
